P49 Brewing × THE LAB

The partnership between Parallel 49 Brewing and THE LAB is rooted in a shared belief in supporting “craft” in all its forms, from brewing to artistic expression. Founded in early 2026 by Eduardo Ramos, THE LAB is a grassroots Vancouver creative collective that gives local R&B and Hip-Hop artists genuine opportunities to perform, receive feedback, and grow within a supportive community. Parallel 49 was drawn to THE LAB’s authentic, independent voice and its commitment to Vancouver’s cultural scene, seeing strong alignment with its own values of community, collaboration, and nurturing emerging talent.

This synergy comes to life at THE LAB’s high-energy events, where 20–25 artists perform, industry judges offer live critiques, and multidisciplinary elements like DJs and dancers create a unique showcase environment, with Parallel 49 contributing as a key local brand partner. Together, they aim to build a sustainable creative ecosystem in Vancouver and eventually expand across Canada by supporting artist development, visual branding, and long-term career growth.
